Supervised Visitation: Parenting Time Program (PTP)

The Supervised Visitation: Parenting Time Program (PTP) at Hart Health & Wellness Agency provides a secure, supportive environment for parents and children requiring supervised visitation. Our goal is to ensure a safe, healthy parenting time experience, fostering cooperation and trust while helping children enjoy meaningful time with their loved ones.

Safety and Security

Our facility is secured with 24-hour video surveillance, and all visitors undergo mandatory bag and metal detector searches to maintain a safe environment. We offer staggered drop-off times if requested or needed, with staff available to escort clients to their vehicles for added security.

Program Process

Both custodial and non-custodial parties complete a thorough intake assessment to ensure clear guidelines and expectations. This intake covers court-ordered visitation guidelines, fees, program policies, and security measures.

Our Services Include

• Intake Interview and Enrollment: $30 per parent
• Supervised Individual Visits: $40-$70 per hour, based on location and income of the non-custodial parent. An additional $10 per hour is added for each additional child. Rates double for holiday visits.
• Supervised Exchanges: $40 per exchange, designed to facilitate safe and smooth transitions between parties.

Child Exchange Services

Our team is equipped to provide child exchange services for families needing a neutral location for custody exchanges, helping to ensure the process is safe and straightforward.

In the coming months, Hart Health & Wellness Agency will expand our offerings to include DNA testing and drug testing, providing additional support options for our clients.
